At Palm Beach Regency, we want you to be delighted with your unique home finds; however, due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final unless otherwise specified. If an item arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, please follow our structured return process within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our concierge team within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return request for eligible items.

  Provide Documentation

  Include high-resolution photographs of the item, the original packaging, and your order confirmation to help us assess your claim.

• 3.
  Await Authorization

  Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 4.
  Secure Shipment

  Carefully repack the item in its original materials and ship it back to our Palm Beach showroom using a tracked and insured carrier.
